Problem occurs in Ubuntu 11.04 LibreOffice Impress at the Terminal:

Notice how on Slide 2 some icons are either missing or distored in Edit
mode or Slide Show and how the modes mis-display differently. As well,
neither look as they should in comparison to MSOPPV2007 (please see
attached screenshots.tar.bz2).
