Exactly. It has nothing to do with rhythmbox-radio-browser. After all record plug-in is not connected to rhythmbox-radio-browser. There is no point to give up Shoutcast stations. It is the end user who shouldn't record and should respect license because rhythmbox-radio-browser doesn't record anything.
