Yes, it does. I have no problems with synaptic. I've tried again the same
thing.
Completely removed fglrx tried to install it again in the same way via
Restricted Drivers Mgr. -> Crash again.
It happens with synaptic 0.57.11.1ubuntu4 and restricted-manager 0.18
In the morning I'll update restricted-manager to 0.19 and try to reproduce
then.
