Binary package hint: tuxpaint-config
Sorry for my English.
Ubuntu 10.04 i386 and x86_64 — when system language is Russian,
tuxpaint-config show many "?" instead of text (see screenshot). If
system language change to English, text in tuxpaint-config is ok, but on
English.
