Ok from the build log we can see that the make never got started, only the header before the make has been emitted:
DKMS make.log for oss4-4.2-build2002 for kernel 2.6.32-28-generic (x86_64) Tue Feb 8 11:00:20 PST 2011 >From the command line cp /lib/modules/2.6.32-28-generic/source/include/linux/limits.h /var/lib/dkms/oss4/4.2-build2002/build/core && make -C /lib/modules/2.6.32-28-generic/build SUBDIRS=/var/lib/dkms/oss4/4.2-build2002/build/core modules && make -C /var/lib/dkms/oss4/4.2-build2002/build/drivers osscore_symbols.inc && make -C /lib/modules/2.6.32-28-generic/build SUBDIRS=/var/lib/dkms/oss4/4.2-build2002/build/drivers modules....(bad exit status: 1) One of the commands there failed terminating the make. I would suggest first checking that /lib/modules/2.6.32-28-generic/source/include/linux/limits.h exists.
