instead of logging out and back you can also go to 
System>Preferences>Appearance and the theme will reset back to normal 
automatically. to return the nautilus theme open the terminal and type:
'ps x -e | grep nautilus'
and then 'kill -9' plus the process number.
getting tired of having to do this every time. thinking of reverting back to 
10.04
