Reverting Flight Mode menu item since it's confusing to users, and does
end up adding complexity in handling cases where you would want wifi but
everything else disabled (some airlines now offer wifi).
There appears to just be no simple way to elegantly tackle this issue
right now, so I think it's better to just revert.
