Public bug reported: I was not able to complete the installation process on my BeagleBoard C4 (not Xm) using the image: ubuntu-netbook-10.10-preinstalled-netbook-armel+omap.img.gz
Followed the process described on -> https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ARM/OMAPMaverickInstall The image comes up on the BeagleBoard to the graphic installer, it gathers all the first boot information and then towards the end of the configuration the installation fails. I was not able to get apport due to there not being a full interface and menus available. The message in the popup dialog is: "Package operation failed" "The installation or removal of a software package failed."
