Nhinix, please do not reopen the bug reports (which are not really bug
reports but support requests). Could you please request the support
using https://edge.one.ubuntu.com/support/contact/ while being logged in
to Ubuntu One web interface since otherwise we cannot locate your
account record.
Since there was no communication since Jan 14 I am setting this bug
report to Won't Fix since there is nothing to fix yet.
Ryandarcy22, in case you still experience this issue please direct the
question to the contact URL mentioned above.
