http://astromirror.uchicago.edu does not contain the repositories for maverick (and alo nothing for natty). You have to switch to a different server before you start the upgrade. It seems also be that the contents of http://astromirror.uchicago.edu are outdated, so you should initiate a normal upgrade first, before you do a dist-upgrade.
