I can't change the Importance, though it looks like a 'major', since everyone with a crash will lose their installs. 99% will not know any better than to do a reinstall; and probably quite a number of users will already have done so by now; destroying the positive user experience of netbook 10.10. Do we have a tag for 'showstopper for 11.04'?
