Public bug reported: In my 'standard applications', Firefox is set as the default browser. However, when clicking a link anywhere, or when using gnome-open or xdg- open to open a link, the link will open in chromium. When midori was installed, the link would open in that browser.
sudo update-alternatives --config x-www-browser didn't help either. The default selection there is also firefox.
