There ought to be something else at play there. Are you indeed on natty (I believe it's the case for Jani, but PeterPall hasn't confirmed this). What flavour of Ubuntu is this on? Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu? If Ubuntu, then is this with Unity running or with a Classic Gnome session?
