Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-sound

Applications with canRaise()==true and with canRaise()==false are identical in
the sound menu.
They are all have clickable menuitem with application name, however,
applications with canRaise()==false of course do nothing if the menuitem is
clicked.
I suppose they should be presented in some other way than usual ones.
