suspect something wrong with my firefox browser.uninstalled the program and now i am using 'midori' . its doing well. With firefox surfing to net was very slow ,and downloading also was very slow. i think firefox was taking me to similar sites . it never allowed me to go freely to sites especially, ubuntu, lp, and linux . after uninstalling .,reinstalled Firefox using Terminal. Towards the end of down loading there were some comments followed as if 'there is danger soon, reset all settings back". There usually have instances of child play messages with in Terminal . shaju
