I rebooted from un-installing the fglrx-ati amd64 driver. Thats from another bug, which only gives wallpaper. So rebooting gave me all the panels and Ctrl+Alt+T, for now... plus this crash--right after login.. Previously updated some outdated packages--not doing all updates just yet! ;)
