Before designating an official status and importance for this report,
it'd be great if we could get some further clarification. Is the
suggestion that a situation goes like this?:

1. User attempts to update his/her system with the update manager.

2. An error occurs during the update process, so a window pops up with
some suggestions for how to resolve the problem, including some buttons
that can be clicked to execute these actions (such as clear the cache),
along with buttons to dismiss the pop up or report a bug.

3. After trying the suggestions or clicking the buttons to do the
actions for them, the user can try the update again.

4. If the update manager encounters the error again, then they can click
the button to submit a bug report using apport.

Do I have this right?
