Still Happening with 11.04 doesn't with 10.04 and earlier. I'm going to
post an apport for 11.04 to see if the same error is occuring.

  This happens intermittently, but always in the same place when it does.
  It locks up and I am forced to power off the laptop, then when grub
  comes up I choose recovery and about a second after the no floppy found,
  lock up. I then power on and off selecting the normal kernel till it
  boots, this is really annoying.
