Sorry for the confusion. I have two partitions; one running the latest stable version (Maverick) and the other dedicated to testing Alphas.
The latter periodically gets reformatted as sometimes there are bugs that kill. The odd thing is I haven't installed anything in the Natty partition that is KDE based, yet I've had the same bug on both. My grammar may be off, but here's the output from the terminal: chris@chris-Natty-Test:~$ dpkg -l\* | egrep^ii dpkg: unknown option -* Type dpkg --help for help about installing and deinstalling packages [*]; Use `dselect' or `aptitude' for user-friendly package management; Type dpkg -Dhelp for a list of dpkg debug flag values; Type dpkg --force-help for a list of forcing options; Type dpkg-deb --help for help about manipulating *.deb files; Options marked [*] produce a lot of output - pipe it through `less' or `more' ! egrep^ii: command not found -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/665576 Title: panel and desktop switch to KDE when resuming from suspend -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
