Hello, I got it to work! I appears to have something to do with the KDE Sound System. (In my case)
I went into System Settings and selected Sound System. Under the Auto- Suspend I lowered the number down to 1 second for testing. After I did that when I opened "Last.FM Player" it worked fine. I hope this might help find a better fix for this.
