Okay now after reinstalling Ubuntu 7.04 several times I thought maybe I
should try a different Kernel, so I installed Ubuntu again and during
the Install I picked out the linux-image 686-smp instead of linux-image
generic after that it worked the problem seems to be gone.. I can
download again without any hangups...

I think there is a bug in the Kernel, that also effects the ristricted-
modules..

If there is anything els let me know...
