Okay now after reinstalling Ubuntu 7.04 several times I thought maybe I should try a different Kernel, so I installed Ubuntu again and during the Install I picked out the linux-image 686-smp instead of linux-image generic after that it worked the problem seems to be gone.. I can download again without any hangups...
I think there is a bug in the Kernel, that also effects the ristricted- modules.. If there is anything els let me know... ** Changed in: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu) Sourcepackagename: linux-meta => linux-source-2.6.20 ** Changed in: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => darkrevival ** Changed in: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu) Assignee: darkrevival => Razi ** Changed in: linux-source-2.6.20 (Ubuntu) Assignee: Razi => (unassigned) ** Summary changed: - Wlan connection breaks down when updating with Synaptic + Wlan connection breaks down when Downloading files -- Wlan connection breaks down when Downloading files https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/104143 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
