This bug should be fixed upstream now (in git commit a7dd67f7c822c606ca8d688a836a7a914be77e13) - the next sensors-applet release (2.2.8) will contain this fix so once the Ubuntu package is updated to the next release this will be fixed in Ubuntu too.
