Ignore the contortions of the neon packaging in Debian/Ubuntu. "libneon-gnutls.so.x" is an invention of Debian, who weirdly persist in shipping two builds of neon. The Fedora neon (libneon.so.x) is built against GnuTLS.
If anybody can show me SSL sites which fail with neon 0.29.5 please speak up. If you are seeing failures with a 0.29.3 build which doesn't have Bryan Cain's patch applied, that is expected.
