Binary package hint: i2c-tools

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The package has not any Ubuntu delta, it just has a no-change rebuild
for "Rebuild to add support for python 2.7.".

Changelog entries since current natty version 3.0.2-4build1:

i2c-tools (3.0.2-5) unstable; urgency=low

   * Add depends on adduser to i2ctools. (Closes: #608835).
