Please sync c-icap 1:0.1.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The reason for divert this package is a patch to fix ftbfs with
ld --as-needed, now this patch is in Debian package. And Debian
package builds well in natty pbuilder chroot.
