@Adam: Yes, exactly, it still has the focus (btw, as far as I can
remember I had the experience with compiz tn the past that it also lost
the focus, it was even more annoying bug for me), but the panels can be
seen "on them" so overlapping some part of precious area of the
terminal. Since I am using many terminals (on more workspaces, some of
them I full screen, some of them are not) it's a problem for me to work
in an efficent way with this bug. This is the main reason I can't use
compiz, but "I have to" use plain metacity, since it's not affected by
this bug.
