Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

I've had sound working on this laptop for a long time now, but today I
added a second monitor (VGA only, no HDMI or audio capabilities of any
sort), its an ASUS VH192D, and the sound has stopped working. I don't
see the correlation between them, but that's the only change from this
morning when there was sound.

Ubuntu, yet, but I can make my way around.

Thanks,
