Not sure if this is related but I didn't want to start a new bug report just in case it is. When I hit the quit button on the panel the choices pop up without Suspend or Hibernate if I cancel the "quit panel" then choose quit button again the two options appear and are there everytime after that. Not a massive issue just a bit annoying. :)
