hi fabio, hmmm... good question. i moved apartments several months ago and have yet to hook up the external monitor since then. i'm out of town until jan. 9 but will check first thing when i get back. so, please keep the ticket upon until then, as this is an issue i want to help in getting resolved (presuming a resolution is still needed).
