When connecting the laptop to a external screen via VGA, the image is
wavy, vibrating, not steady...
The laptop is Dell Vostro 3300 with:
Intel i5 450M
Intel MHD (I think 4500 MHD)
I don't know if this problem is the same as the one in bug #614238,
since there it is about ATI graphic cards.
