Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: vlc
VLC can play RTSP streams, but cannot seek through them. Attempting to
do so either starts the stream again from the beginning or just goes
back to where it was.
The same streams can be seeked using my Sony Ericsson mobile phone.
Tested YouTube videos.
