Note also, that in screenshot #6, the DVD icon has disappeared from the
desktop (i.e. the DVD has been unmounted) but the disc was not ejected -
the drawer never opens.  Nautilus will not go past this state, except
for termination. Inserting a new blank DVD opens a new Nautilus window
- the old window is unaffected. Cutting subsequent DVDs with the same
content requires the user to use the new window and restate options
(such as the volume label) that were supplied to the failed session.
