When the Software Centre is 'Rebuilding Software Catalogue', it's
frustrating not knowing when you'll be able to use the Software Centre
again as there is no indication as to what is happening or when it will
finish.
I propose some sort of progress bar that would give the user an
indication of the progress of the rebuild process. Nothing other than a
simple bar, maybe even with a percentage indicator.
A screenshot of the problem is attached.
