Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

Sometime ago I upgraded my Ubuntu to 10.10 and from that point pcscd is not
started in boot process as it used before. If I start it manually after login
everything works as expected.
I tried to upgrade to lastest pcsc-lite (1.6.5) and ccid (1.4.1) versions but I
got the same behavior.
