I tried to setting the Paper size the printer by going into Administration --> Printing --> Right Click Printer --> Select Proprieties --> Paper Tab --> Select Letter on Paper Size --> Select Advanced --> Select Letter on PageRegion. I also went through cups and set it there.
Neither of these worked. Using sudo dpkg-reconfigure libpaper1 did change /etc/papersize to Letter, it was A4. I will test it at work next week. Maybe in Feisty +1, getting the papersize select/set could be done by the Ubuntu instaler. ** Attachment added: "printingbuginfo.txt" http://librarian.launchpad.net/7213840/printingbuginfo.txt -- Always prints to A4 paper https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/103868 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
