Have you tried to run a rm -fr ~/.cache/desktop-couch ~/.config/desktop- couch and ~/.local/share/desktop-couch and then start gwibber again? by the way, all these topics related to desktopcouch are obsoletes under new gwibber releases because it uses sqlite as backend.
