Public bug reported: i installed ubuntu for the first time this morning, however after running it from the hdd twice, it wouldnt boot up anymore and stopped with the error
sh/bin: Can't access tty; Job control turned off tried to boot a few more times without any success. so i eventually decided to boot from the cd again - which worked - and re-install, which caused this error: We're sorry; the installer crashed.
