Public bug reported:

I have a logitech LX7 cordless mouse.
(see
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/products/details/US/EN,CRID=2135,CONTENTID=10918)

My problem is that X does not always find my mouse.
Usually if I "use" the mouse during booting of the computer X finds it (but not
always).

I often boot up only to realize I have to reboot to get it working.
This is how it works in Dapper.

In edgy I almost never can get it to work.

There is one thing that I think might make it a bit trickier than a
regular mouse: It has some sort of powersave function(see more on the
link above), but I have no idea whether this might cause any
interference...

** Affects: udev (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
