Yes, it's only after resume from sleep. Sorry, didn't mean to second guess you, I would have uploaded the others but it didn't seem to be anything interesting in them. I will reproduce again and get the other files.
I think you mean ParaView not openfoam, there is an openfoam plugin for ParaView but I'm not, to my knowledge, using it. The hang occurs during the connection process. Server reports client connected but client hangs, and refuses to be killed (I thought it was impossible kill -9 not to bring it down). Killing by clicking the "x" in the window can bring it down.
