it seems to be caused by the CSS padding of the a.bg-image class. Right click on the link, "Inspect Element", in the "Elements" tab, the "<a href.." is highlighted, uncheck the padding top/bottom 0.5cm on the right and see if it makes a difference (it sure does for me)
