I also have this bug when running bluefish on a fresh UNR 10.10 install on a HPMini 110. I don't have much else to add to what Bill has already said, my screen looks that same. It's a shame as bluefish is one of my most commonly used applications which works perfectly on the regular desktop version of Ubuntu. When starting bluefish from a command line i get the following messages, none of which seem to indicate any problem;
jwat...@jwatson-mini:~$ bluefish current directory=/home/jwatson test if rcfile directory /home/jwatson/.bluefish exists create socket /tmp/bluefish-jwatson-:0.0 plugins are loaded from /usr/lib/bluefish/ plugins are loaded from /home/jwatson/.bluefish/ load language files from /home/jwatson/.bluefish/ load language files from /usr/share/bluefish/bflang/ htmlbar_build_menu, finished I've tried clicking around where the menu should be but am unable to get any drop downs to appear. So far this is the only bug I've found on UNR, which was put on the netbook as a trial before installing the regular version of Ubuntu - but it looks like it might be staying on here :-) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/658726 Title: Bluefish under Unity is missing menu bar -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
