*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 550625 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/550625
First post: I confirm that I also have this issue on my Dell e6410 running Ubuntu 10.10 with standard kernels. This patch (applied to Ubuntu-2.6.35-23.40 kernel, at least): https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/118834/ allows vertical scrolling with touchpad, in addition to touch-click. The problem is that the movement/button-pressing becomes quite erratic after waking up from sleep. Upon rebooting, the touchpad will once again move, scroll and press correctly, until it goes to sleep. I haven't looked into a remedy yet, but thought I would report. -- Dell Latitude E6410 Touchpad - Not all functions working; detected as PS/2 mouse https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/601113 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
