I wonder how can it be atl1c-related problem? atl1c is Atheros 1000M Ethernet Network Driver, and we are talking about wireless problem, right?
Brief research lead me to ath9k module's nohwcrypt param (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1597780).
