Is this still a problem under feisty? If yes, I recommend to try the latest version of ndiswrapper to see if it is fixed. If it is not, report a bug upstream. Instructions on how to do this including a link to the actual bugtracker can be found at http://ndiswrapper.sf.net/wiki/Bugs
