You still need to supply log files and debugging data. For your convenience there is a tool to collect most of the common logs, which you can gather by running:
apport-collect 680291 Since the development cycles for lucid and maverick are completed now, if possible, please reproduce the issue under natty, and provide log files from natty after rebooting. Fwiw, the blank screen may be a kernel drm gpu issue of some sort.
