Today: I had Update Manager on top of Thunderbird, with focus on Thunderbird. I started Firefox. Firefox needed to update Ghostary. I clicked on ok. When the update window disappeared, Thunderbird jumped on top of Update Manager. Then Firefox opened overlapping Thunderbird (Firefox and Update Manger windows did not intersect).
