Make a folder and put 1 files with the_name_of_the_file.jpg (lowercase)
and 1 files with another_random_name.JPG (uppercase)

Gimp handles well, facebook.com handles well and see both upper and
lower. But some webaplications, like tinymce do not.

Image file extension are only jpg,png, etc . If you have JPG,PNG etc it will 
not show in nautilius
