I can reproduce the problem not only ubuntu (Lucid), but on Windows XP, OOo 3.2.1 Hungarian version. I've noticed if you set column b to non-standard number (eg.: with thousands separator, or negative is red or 0,0 format) and after you modify any cell (for example in B2) in column b, the calculation will be correct.
