st133med: Given Peter's comments on the linuxwacom-discuss list, I've
prepared a tiny patch.  The patch will enable touch for every ISDV4
tablet, I think.  If this works for you, I will look into a proper fix.

To test this you will need to build a patched version of the driver or
try the copy I've built (and will post shortly).

To build it yourself, grab setbit.patch, save it to /tmp and run:
sudo apt-get build-dep xf86-input-wacom
apt-get source xf86-input-wacom
cd ./xf86-input-wacom-0.10.8
patch -p1 < /tmp/setbit.patch
fakeroot ./debian/rules binary 
cd ..
ls
sudo dpkg -i xserver-xorg-input-wacom_0.10.8-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb
