st133med: Given Peter's comments on the linuxwacom-discuss list, I've prepared a tiny patch. The patch will enable touch for every ISDV4 tablet, I think. If this works for you, I will look into a proper fix.
To test this you will need to build a patched version of the driver or try the copy I've built (and will post shortly). To build it yourself, grab setbit.patch, save it to /tmp and run: sudo apt-get build-dep xf86-input-wacom apt-get source xf86-input-wacom cd ./xf86-input-wacom-0.10.8 patch -p1 < /tmp/setbit.patch fakeroot ./debian/rules binary cd .. ls sudo dpkg -i xserver-xorg-input-wacom_0.10.8-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb ** Patch added: "Diagnostic patch based on comments by Peter Hutterer" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/utouch/+bug/671438/+attachment/1726524/+files/setbit.patch -- Serial Wacom Two Finger touchscreen is not detected https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/671438 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
