I think I found a way: Repositories (or Software sources)>Updates and there I could click "pre-released updates (maverick-proposed)". As I haven't found evolution 2.30.3-1ubuntu7.1 (only 2.30.3-1ubuntu7 which is installed), I remembered your "not yet accepted, nor built". What is the approximate time frame to be built, so I know when I should check again?
